Rotary Visits Family Assistance Center for the NJ National Guard

On Thursday evening August 21st Marty Diamond and Bernie Wilker of the Paramus Rotary Club were invited to visit the Family Assistance Center for the NJ National Guard at the Teaneck Amory.

Marty and Bernie received certificates of appreciation for all the assistance the Family Assistance Center has received from the Paramus Rotary Club. Most recently the club hosted the families of National Guard troops to a fun filled mini-golf and BBQ event. The event was held and the Paramus Mini-Golf course on the grounds of the Paramus Golf Course.

Exchange Student Visists Rotary

On Thursday, August 21st the Paramus Rotary Club was visited by our Rotary exchange student Paula de Olivera.

Paula comes to us from her home in Massora, Rio Grande de Norte Brazil.

Scolarship Recipients Visit Rotary

On Thursday, August 21st the Paramus Rotary Club was visited by several recent scholarship recipients. Pictured are , Mohammad Modarres attending Johns Hopkins University studying Public Health & Anthropology, Nidhi Pamidimukkala attending Carnegie Mellon University studying Biological Sciences, Nismah Samast attending Rutgers University studying Biological Sciences, Michael Chananie attending Ramapo College studying Business administration, and Viral Jani attending St. John's University studying Pharmacy. Each recipient spoke briefly about their life plans and aspirations and thanked the Rotary members for their generous financial. assistance.
