The Paramus Rotary Club welcomed Leena Memon at this past Thursday’s meetings. Leena is the recipient of this year’s Ruth Gray Laganella Scholarship.
Leena visited our club thanking our members for the scholarship and sharing her future educational and career plans. Leena is heading off to Princeton University pursuing a degree in Engineering.
Leena is one of the scholarship recipients for 2021, many of whom were featured in previous posts.
In just the last 25 years the Paramus Rotary Club’s Foundation has distributed $827,500 in scholarship awards.
Meeting Leena once again validated a good decision made by the club’s Scholarship Committee.
