Members of the Paramus Rotary Club visited the residence of the New Jersey Veterans Home at Paramus and hosted an exciting hour or so of BINGO. It was a packed house of veterans all eager to win some $$$ and to welcome a break from their usual routine.

For those that might not know, this facility is located on 23 acres in northeastern Bergen County and opened on August 4, 1986. It has two modern residential buildings, able to accommodate 336 residents. The facility honors and serves the military Veteran, their spouses and Gold Star Parents.

Many thanks to Paramus Rotary Club’s Veterans Affairs Committee chair Ed Lang for once again organizing this event and to all on the committee, as well as other Rotarians for giving of their time to recognize and honor these veterans who served our country so well.
